Wold’s View offers
You’ll be welcomed into the fresh and stylish open-plan living, kitchen and dining area when you enter the property. With a neutral colour palette and soft furnishings, it has a homely and chic look. A modern, flat screen TV is mounted on the wall so you can relax on one of the three sofas watching your favourite shows during your stay. Perfect for entertaining friends or spending quality time with family, this area is certainly the hub of the house.
Like the rest of the property, the kitchen and dining area has been refurbished to the highest standard. With sleek cabinets and ultra-modern appliances, it is a truly luxurious space. One end of the room features the oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and the other has a breakfast style dining area.
Head to any of the three bedrooms and you’ll find truly relaxing settings. The rooms have been styled with bedside tables to match the super king-size beds. You’ll also notice a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms, making Wold’s View ideal for breaks with children and teenagers. It is also worth noting that each of the beds can be split to form two singles if requested prior to your stay.
All three bedrooms have en-suites featuring showers, wash basins and WC’s. You can certainly expect a clean and modern finish.
Please note that there is also a sofa bed in Wold’s View which can be set up for guests if requested. This will increase the occupancy to 10.
Head outside and you’ll be in a private patio with a hot tub and outdoor furniture.

It was the most idyllic stay for my family and kids. There is not one thing I can fault. Amazing. The 2nd time staying in one of the properties at Cottage Farm Holidays and it was a dream again!
A great family get together to celebrate my dads 60th birthday meaning the field and surroundings were great for the children as well as a beautiful space for the adults to relax. So clean and tidy again, and local recommendations for pubs etc.

WOW! A truly stunning property in a picturesque setting.
Wolds View is absolutely stunning – the owners have completely transformed this old barn into a tastefully decorated, high spec 3 bed/ 3 bath cottage. It is set within amazing grounds with wonderful views of the Yorkshire Wolds where you’ll often see hares roaming across the open grassland area and, if you’re lucky enough, you might catch a glimpse of the deer as you stroll around the private lake.
The cottage has everything you will need for a comfortable stay – including all mod cons (dishwasher, wine cooling fridge, WiFi). The hot tub was an added bonus!
The cottage and grounds are dog friendly too.
The local supermarkets (Sainsburys and Waitrose) offer home deliveries and there is an honesty shop onsite incase you forget any of the essentials.
If you want to explore the local area, Scarborough is 20 minutes away and Whitby is easily reachable too. The local towns of Pickering and Malton are just up the road offering plenty of places to eat.

We had a wonderful time at Wolds View. It was our second stay in a month at your cottages, our first stay in Wolds View. The cottage was beautiful, you have really thought of everything to ensure guests have a perfect time and everything is done to an excellent standard. We love the views from the patio and the peaceful atmosphere in which to enjoy them. Our 9 month old grandson loved every minute in the hot tub with his mummy and daddy!
