Orchard View offers

Orchard View has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Perfect for unwinding with your loved ones, the living area features a comfy corner sofa, and a flat screen TV. The dining area includes a wooden table, two chairs and a farmhouse style bench. the ideal space for group dining during your stay.

From the living area you can step straight out onto the private patio area, featuring an outdoor dining table and chairs. Alfresco dining is a must when the weather allows.

Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self-catering staycation in North Yorkshire.

This delightful cottage is ideal for families. The first bedroom has a super-king size bed which can also be split into two singles and the second room has another super-king bed which is permanently made up. The beds have comfy mattresses and plush bedding. If you would like the first bedroom bed splitting, please contact our friendly team so we can inform our housekeepers of your request.

The bedrooms both also boast en-suite bathrooms. Modern and clean, the first en-suite features a bathtub and overhead shower, basin and WC, whilst the second bedroom en-suite has a walk-in overhead shower, WC and wash basin.

Orchard View is located alongside four other holiday homes which in total sleep up to 26 guests. This is the perfect location for large family get togethers with beautiful accommodation and stunning outdoor space. Please call our team to discuss availability.

We couldn’t recommend Cottage Farm more, we stayed for 4 nights (although could have easily stayed much longer) in Orchard View and were genuinely delighted with our accommodation. It was so refreshing to stay something which had been so thoughtfully and beautifully furnished with attention paid to all the small details and everything to a high standard, this made for a really enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Everything you need is on hand so everything felt easy plus a little store full of essentials and also treats should you need to stock up. Lots of room for little ones (and big ones!) to roam and play and a great location for days out with lots to do in the vicinity.

Also the Cottage Farm team were on hand and very responsive to any queries on assistance we needed during our stay.

What a beautiful location & cottage!!

Immaculate & so comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay in the most peaceful surroundings. Great for visiting the coast, moors or York. Will definitely be back again.

The most beautiful location and cottage! The cottage is set in a serene location, surrounded by fields off the beaten track. It felt like we were in our own mini holiday complex, with little details like the shop to treat ourselves or get any last minute bits if needed (only accepts small change though so remember to bring). The dogs loved the outdoor space, there was plenty of room to run around and private lake to walk around. Within 5/10 mins drive there are a variety of villages to walk around and explore, with plenty of opportunities for eating out.

The cottage itself was immaculate and has been decorated to a high standard, a place we could actually live ourselves. I can’t fault Charles as a host and I know that we will be returning again. Highly recommend this, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
