Do i pay in full when i book?
Yes, payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, you’ll be refunded 0% for all nights.
How long do the hot tubs take to heat up?
From cold the hot tubs can take up to 3 hours
Is there a shop nearby?
The nearest shop is in Thornton Le Dale (approx. 7 miles away) however we do have an honesty (cash only) shop where you can buy essentials should you forget something or run out.
Can I buy more logs and kindling?
We have our General Store on-site where more logs and kindling can be purchased
Is there a washing machine?
There is a shared washing machine and sink that is available for you to use during your visit in the Wash House.
Can I bring extra dogs?
Please contact us direct should you wish to bring more than 2 dogs per cottage.
Are there highchairs we can use?
Yes, we have highchairs and bed sides that you are welcome to use. These are in the Wash House or let us know before you arrive and we will put one in your cottage.

It is a special occasion, can I arrange flowers?
Yes, contact us directly and we can arrange this for you.
Can I have an online grocery shop delivered?
Yes, all supermarkets deliver to us, just give them the address and the cottage you are staying in.
Are hot tub towels supplied?
No, only bathtub towels are supplied

Yes each cottage has WIFI
